Hours

Citizen Canine is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Check In: 7am-7pm every day.

Check Out: 7am-10am every day.

An additional day charge will be added to your account if your dog stays with us past the morning check out time.

Late evening check-outs are scheduled between 7pm-9pm, and can be arranged for a $15 fee.

Driving Directions to Citizen Canine (From Interstate 880 North or South):

• Take Exit 36 towards Coliseum Oakland Airport (Hegenberger Rd.)
• Turn left at the first light onto Hegenberger Loop.
• Our parking lot will be on your immediate right.
• East Bay SPCA’s Spay and Neuter Clinic.
