The staff members at Citizen Canine are not only professionals, we truly love dogs! We understand how hard it can be to trust others with your furry family member and we want you to realize that, while in our care, your companion will be treated with love, care and respect. We go above and beyond with our overnight boarding, day care, dog hikes and training. With Citizen Canine, we are not a typical dog walking company, but we offer adventure hikes, allowing your dog to properly exercise and use their senses to the fullest.

For a variety of reasons, people find it necessary to utilize our services.

Overnight Boarding
Emergencies arise and sometimes you have no choice but to find overnight boarding. Maybe you have a much needed vacation coming up and you are trying to find the best place to leave your dog; a place for your dog that will allow you to enjoy your time away with no worries about the level of care he/she is getting.

Doggie Day Care
If you want your special friend to have some company during the day, we also offer doggy day care that will allow you to spend your day not feeling guilty about leaving your dog alone at home. We group your pet with others they will be compatible with and make the time fun for them (and us)!

Adventure Hikes
With a normal dog walking company, you can expect your canine to get a good walk and some much needed relief, but with Citizen Canine, we feel it is important to let the dogs explore, smell and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. With our adventure hikes, we don’t take a quick walk around the neighborhood. We offer 90 minutes of actual nature hikes!

In addition to adventure hikes, overnight boarding and doggie day care, we also offer customized training service, specific to your dog’s needs.
